Gordon Loeb, Director

Gordon is a trusted advisor to business and law firm leaders. As the President of Loeb Leadership, a management consulting company specializing in leadership, management, and organizational development, Gordon’s responsibilities include strategic planning and partnerships, business development, and financial management.

Gordon helped grow Loeb Leadership from a single independent consultancy to a thriving company with over 60 consultants that provide training and development, executive coaching, in-house and public workshops, OD and design, consulting, and student leadership development programs.

His passion for math stems from his years as a student at Stuyvesant High School. He also works with various non-profit and government organizations, including the Marlboro Township Teen Advisory Committee (TAC), which he co-founded in 2017. Their mission is to help Marlboro teens develop leadership skills and understand the importance of giving back to their community through community service. TAC currently has over 1800 members.
