Kern Vohra, Associate Board

Kern Vohra is a Senior Associate in the Tactical Opportunities Group at Blackstone, where he is involved in a number of investments across a variety of industries, including New Tradition, Aqua Finance, and various structured products transactions.

Before joining Blackstone in 2021, Kern was a member of the investment team at Lightyear Capital where he was involved in private equity transactions across the financial services, fintech, and business services sectors, including Lighthouse and ProfitSolv, among others.

He started his career as an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch after graduating magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University.
