Lauren Frailey, Associate Board

Lauren Frailey has a long-standing passion for math, tutoring, and working with middle schoolers. She joined Common Denominator in February 2024 as both a tutor and an Associate Board member.

Lauren currently works at Blackstone in the Portfolio Operations group, where she helps portfolio companies implement value creation initiatives. Prior to this, she held roles across several of Blackstone’s portfolio companies, gaining experience in customer service consulting and healthcare e-commerce marketing.

She holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of work, Lauren is an avid traveler, runner, and skier.
