Allison believes that education is the passport to a rewarding future. As a youth services professional with a fifteen-year track record of success, Allison has walked with young people impacted by adversity and prepared them for a meaningful future. Allison is dedicated to improving the lives of youth who need support in their emotional, social, educational, and personal growth. She believes that the key to long-term positive behavioral growth is through building personal relationships with trusted adults. “Through the connections that we make with our youth we can affect their lives forever. Young people need role models, not critics, and it is our job as educators, to inspire our youth and provide them with mirrors so that they can see themselves reflected in our success,” says Allison.

In Allison’s spare time, she loves to cook and try out new TikTok hacks with her amazing 8-year-old son. Allison has a passion for the arts and absolutely loves the theater. She and her son aim to see two Broadway shows a year…so far Aladdin is his favorite.
