Carl leads academic intervention, emotional and behavioral health program compliance for a leading child development services platform, including service utilization and clinical provision. Within previous positions, he has implemented several numeracy and literacy programs across New York City, and supported staff and organizational development for instruction. Helping in-need students is a shared mission, and he is excited to collaborate with individuals who have aligned interests in democratizing mathematics education. Carl holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Morehouse College and a M.S. in Data Science from Eastern University.
